Missing Pieces

If your newly purchased puzzle is missing one or more pieces or arrived damaged, we would be happy to replace your puzzle.* Please fill out and submit the form below and we will ship a bag of new puzzle pieces to your door.**

KEEP YOUR CURRENT PUZZLE BOX. Your replacement puzzle will be bagged and will not include a new box.

 

We cannot replace individual pieces.

As we have grown and are manufacturing more runs of the puzzles, we have found that the use of different dyes and cut shapes makes it nearly impossible for us to find a matching piece. As a result, we are not able to offer individual replacement pieces.

Please keep in mind that we are a small, independent business. We will do what we can to resolve any missing pieces issues you have.

It can be hard to see, so try holding it up to the light!

* Unfortunately we are unable to send replacement puzzles to addresses outside of the continental USA.

** True South Puzzle Company reserves the right to substitute the replacement puzzle with another of their choosing if the requested puzzle is unavailable.
