Missing Pieces

As we have grown and are manufacturing more runs of the puzzles, we have found that the use of different dyes makes it nearly impossible for us to find a matching piece, so we are no longer able to offer individual replacement pieces.

It your newly purchased puzzle is missing one or more pieces or came damaged, we would be happy to replace your puzzle.* Please email us at missingpieces@truesouthpuzzlecompany.com with your contact info, puzzle name, and any other relevant info and we will ship a bag of new puzzle pieces to your door!**
